XRAIL appoints Tracey Barber as HR Manager

We are pleased to announce that Tracey Barber has joined XRAIL Group as HR Manager.

Her previous roles include HR Advisor at Freightliner, where she provided in-house support for the on-going employment life cycle and developed recruitment campaigns. Before that she held senior HR roles at several international railway companies including a period at Alstom and SB Rail (a partnership between Swietelsky Baugesellschaft m.b.H and Babcock International Group). Tracey is a passionate promoter of Early Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and STEM within the workplace, particularly on the opportunities of Rail as a career of choice. She is also a founder of Rail Human Library – a concept which educates school aged children on the opportunities within Rail and aims to break stereotypes.
